All our bedrooms are furnished to the highest of standards and include fresh towels, soaps and electrical outlets. 

All accommodation is serviced daily.

 

Each room contains:

 

Comfortable bed and a firm mattress with fresh, crisp bed linen.

 

Colour television with remote control.

 

Bedside lamps and alarm clock.

 

Facilities to make your own hot drinks.

 

Iron and Ironing Board.

 

Hairdryer.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Bookings require a deposit of £40 per night to reserve the room.  This can be done by bank transfer or by cheque within 5 days.

Balance must be paid on arrival, unfortunately we cannot accept credit or debit cards at present.

A cancellation charge of the deposit will be payable if your booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.

Unforeseen circumstances and cancellations during local events (e.g. Henley Regatta) do not entitle guests to a full refund.  Refunds will only be given on a discretionary basis.

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse entry to the premises.

We operate a NON-SMOKING establishment, we do not accept children under the age of 10 and we have no facilities for pets.

Meadow View cannot accept liability or loss to guest’s possessions or their vehicles however caused and all persons using these premises do so at their own risk.

 

Check in is available after 4:00pm and all rooms must be vacated by 11.00am.  Special arrangements can be made however for earlier arrival times. For the safety and comfort of our guests, our doors, gates and alarms shall be locked and secured by 1:00am.
